Eligibility Criteria
For Branch Manager: Graduation any discipline. 5 Years and above experience in Branch Operation of Public Sector/Private Sector/ Regional Rural/ Urban/ Cooperative Banks, preferably as Branch Manager Local candidates will be preferred
For Credit Officer: Graduation any discipline. 5 Years and above experience in Credit appraisal, Loan assessment, and Portfolio Monitoring, Structuring Loans etc. in scheduled commercial Banks.
For Area Head: Graduation any discipline. 10 Years and above experience in only banking sector, with exposure to commercial Banks, Private sector Banks of Urban Cooperative Banks. Expertise in branch operation management, achieving growth targets, Area and Zonal level supervision, Risk management and staff development etc.
