As per discipline: Diploma in Engineering for Technician Apprentice, ITI in relevant trade for Trade Apprentice, Graduate in any discipline of Graduate Apprentice
Qualification: The qualification prescribed shall be from a recognized University/Institute as a full-time regular course in relevant disciplines. Qualification acquired through Part-time / correspondence / Distance Learning mode shall render the candidate NOT ELIGIBLE.
Essential Qualifications:Technician Apprentice (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Civil/Electrical & Electronics/Electronics): 3 years regular full time Diploma in relevant Engineering with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD). -Trade Apprentice (Fitter/Electrician/Electronics Mechanic/Instrument Mechanic/Machinist): Matric with regular full time 2-year ITI in relevant trade recognized by NCVT/SCVT. – Graduate Apprentice: Regular full time Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD). – Trade Apprentice – Data Entry Operator (Fresher): class 12th with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD). – Trade Apprentice – Data Entry Operator (Skill certificate Holders): lass 12th + Skill Certificate of ‘Domestic Data Entry Operator’ for training less than on year.

Salary/Stipend
Rate of stipend payable to apprentices per month shall be as prescribed under Apprentices Act, 1961/1973, Apprentices Rule 1992/2019/2025 as amended from time to time.
Age Limit (as on 30-11-2025)
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 24 years
Relaxation in the Upper Age Limit: 5 year for SC/ST (up to 29 years), 3 years for OBC-NCL (up to 27 years), 10 years for PwBD (up to 34 years additional for reserved categories).
