Selection Process
Selection will be through Online Test and Language Proficiency Test (LPT)
Online Test (Multiple Choice): Reasoning (30 questions, 30 marks), General English (30,30), General Awareness (30,30), Numerical ability (30,30). Total 120 question, 120 marks, 90 minutes.
There will be negative marks for wrong answer in the Online Test. 1/4th marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
Candidates will have to qualify in each part of the online test separately.
Language Proficiency Test (LPT): The candidates provisionally shortlisted from the online test will have to undergo a language proficiency test (LPT). LPT will be of qualifying nature and will be conducted in the Official / Local Languages of the State concerned. Candidates not proficient in the Official / Local Language as LPT shall be disqualified.
General Instructions
Candidates can apply for vacancy in one Office only and will have to opt for online test (pre-examination training, if any) center within the same state/UTs of the office for which he/she is applying.
The online test will be bilingual, i.e., available in English and Hindi except for the test of English Language.
Candidates will have to visit the Bank’s website for downloading call letters for online test, intimation for downloading call letter will also be sent through email/SMS
Use of MOBILE PHONES and other electronics devices BANNED: Mobile phones or any other communication devices are not allowed inside the premises, where the examination is being conducted. Any infringement of these instructions shall entail disqualification including ban from future examinations.
Candidates are not permitted to use or be in possession of calculators in examination premises.
Candidates are advised, in their own interest, not to bring any of the banned items including mobile phones to the venue of the examination, as arrangement for safekeeping cannot be assured.
The post is also open to the employees of the Bank (staff candidates) who satisfy the eligibility criteria.
Any legal proceedings in respect of any matter of claim of dispute arising out of his advertisement and / of an application in response thereto can be institute only in Mumbai and courts/ tribunals/ forums at Mumbai only shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to try any cause / dispute.

The provisionally selected candidates will be imparted training state-wise where he / she is selected, depending on the requirement of the Bank
General Instructions
The candidate should not have undergone apprenticeship in any other organization or terminated their apprenticeship midway or pursuing apprenticeship training in bank or any other organizations / companies / firms etc. as per the Apprentices Act 1961 as amended from time to time
Candidates who had training or job experience of one or more years after completion of educational qualifications shall not be eligible for being engaged as apprentice
It shall neither be obligatory on the part of the Bank to offer any employment to any apprentice who has completed the period of his apprenticeship training, nor shall it be obligatory on the part of the apprentice to accept an employment.
The apprentice shall have no right to claim employment in Bank after completion of the training.
Bank does not have any obligation to offer regular employment to apprentice during or after completion of apprenticeship period.
Candidates shall be relieved from the respective area after immediate completion of apprenticeship period. The apprentices will have no right to claim for regular employment in the bank based on the apprenticeship training undergone and such apprenticeship training will not cast any liability on the bank for providing any job to any such apprentice.
Providing Transport / Hostel facility of any other form of residential accommodation during Apprentice trading is not under the scope.
The candidature of the candidate would be provisional and subject to verification of document subsequently. At any stage, if it is found that the candidate has furnished false of incorrect information, then the candidature is liable for cancellation of engagement.
Candidate selected from training will not be allowed to withdraw from training except for reasons that are beyond their control. Before commencement of the training, the candidates will have to execute a Contract of Apprenticeship. Those who absent themselves are liable to refund the whole cost of their training as well as the amount received as stipend as determined by the Central Apprenticeship Advisor. These are only indicative and not exhaustive; the terms & conditions stipulated in the notification shall be applicable.
During the period of Apprenticeship, the selected Apprentices will be governed by the Apprentices Act, 1961 (as amended from time to time?) and applicable commensurate polices / rules of the bank.
Any resultant dispute arising out of this advertisement for engagement of apprentices will e subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Pune only.

Sports Qualification
Players who have participated or won medals in international or National level competitions between 15-012024 to 15-01-2026.
Individual Event (International): Sportsperson who have participated or won medals in any international Sports tournament/Competing/Championship as member of the India contingent conducted/recognized by International Sports Federation affiliated/recognized by IOC/IOA/MOYAS
Individual Event (National): Players who have won medals in National Games/Senior National Championship conducted/recognized by National Sports Federation affiliated/recognized by IOC/IOA/MOYAS
Team Event (International): Sportsperson who have participated or won medals in international Sports tournament/Competing/Championship conducted/recognized by International Sports Federation affiliated/recognized by IOC/IOA/MOYAS
Team Event (National): Sportsperson who have won medals in National Games/Senior National Championship/National Open Championship or Youth/Junior National Championship while representing any State/UT/Sports Control Board/recognized Federation.
Sportsperson should be the main playing member of the team and not in reserved list for team events
